Welcome to the "love" updates!
It's hard to have a control freak for a mom. Just ask my son, CJ.
You can read the long, drawn-out story of "why" we're going on this trip on the PassPorter boards (link below). Just know that this trip is a 13th birthday celebration for my son and I've made the ultimate sacrifice -- he's getting to plan the whole thing.
Every meal, every park, every ride.
And... it's killing me.
But, since coming to grips with his diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes in late 2008, I've finally learned that I need to "unclench" ... and just do my best to manage things (diabetes, Disney, life...) and give up trying to control them.

ReplyDeleteBTW, does anyone else have to type in a verification word each time they post? And does anyone else get words that all sound dirty? I've been loathe to say anything because I'm afraid Eileen will start calling her dogs or her child, "Fooksi" as one of her nonsense terms of endearment!
